At ALTOS Painting and Construction we make sure every customer is taken care of with passion. How so? By showing up on time, being professional, and ensuring the highest quality standards on our jobs. We get things done fast, communicate effectively with our customers, and focus on sustainability so your walls and trim are covered for years to come!

We primarily use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paint.

More specifically, a typical interior job will call for Benjamin Moore Regal Select or AURA Bath and Spa. For exterior we have used California’s low luster, or Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior. Please note, different paints and brands will be used depending on the demands of the environment and customer.

There is no straight answer so please only use this as a rough guide…

A single family home with approximately 1,500 square feet, 3-4 br and 1-2 ba can be in the range of $4,500 – $7,500. Larger houses closer to 2,000 sqft can be between $6,000-$10,000 depending on a number of factors. However, this should give a good price range. Although some houses may cost less and others may cost more to paint.

The biggest factors include:

  • Dimensions of each wall
  • Tightness/obstacles in room(s)
  • Paint and supplies
  • Priority

We’ve tried to standardize the cost of an average room. So here are some numbers to consider:

labor (EXCLUDES PAINT AND OTHER MATERIALS):

  • $190-$290 for small sections such as bathrooms, and small kitchens.
  • $400-$480 for medium sized rooms such as bedrooms and small offices.
  • $600-700 for large rooms such as living rooms, dining rooms.
  • $800-$900 for X-Large spaces such as basements.

Of course!

After our first meeting, we’ll ask if we should proceed with writing a service agreement.

This contract will include the sales price (itemized), responsibilities of you, the project owner, and us, the contractor(s). Should you need any clarifications please reach out and ask us!

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to supply paint for a number of reasons. The biggest being quality issues. Our business is built around quality and sustainability which our painters need to take into consideration when building out our materials list.

We do allow customers to make requests for the type of paint(s) to be used however we cannot use already purchased paint.
